Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for AjA Foundation activities on a secure online payment gateway is as follows:
Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. because this is an action not product and it allows both national and international.
No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We therefore request you to be sure before you donate. Donation Refund Policy

AjA Foundation is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. AjA Foundation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. AjA Foundation also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their minds.
AjA Foundation will examine each request for a refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. AjA Foundation may also seek further information/documents and donors must co-operate in this regard.

However, AjA Foundation is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

If you would like your donation to AjA Foundation India to be refunded,
You must request HelpAge India in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach HelpAge India within 7-15 days from the date on which you donated i.e. the date on which you:
Donated online, “National Organisation for Social Empowerment” believes in helping its DONOR as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of DONATION. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained after 72 hrs of donation. Refund Policy
We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
